No. We bring everything, including vacuums, mops and professional products. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just tell us.
Yes, for recurring domestic and commercial cleans. If your regular cleaner is off, we send a trained replacement and let you know in advance.
Every cleaner is background-checked and trained to our checklist before their first job. We hold public liability insurance, and can send certificates to landlords, agents or business managers on request.
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas you're not happy with, free of charge. For end of tenancy cleans, we'll re-clean free if your agent flags anything within 72 hours.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations may be charged at 50% of the clean.
There's no long-term lock-in. Recurring domestic cleans can stop at any time with a week's notice, and commercial contracts run with 30 days' notice.
Yes. The price the calculator gives you is the price you pay, as long as the property matches what you entered. If a property needs much more work than expected, we'll talk to you before we start.
By bank transfer or card after the clean. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly.
